Snow slope story
A young family were climbing a crowded path to the top of a ski slope when they heard a scream from further up the mountain.
Then they saw a young boy sliding down the mountain towards a cliff edge, he was unable to stop himself from sliding towards the edge.
Just when it seemed all hope was lost, a young man ran from the path, across the snowy slope and planted his feet just before the cliff edge and caught the young boy.
Everyone cheered the young man, wondering where he found the courage to risk his life in the rescue attempt.
Then we heard the young man was the father of the young boy and then it all made sense.
## Perfection.
In the tapestry of life, our stories often begin with dreams of an idyllic existence, much like a pristine snow-covered slope, untouched and inviting. Yet, as we journey forward, the reality of our imperfections and the world's complexities become apparent.
This post, "Powerless Sinners," seeks to guide us through this journey, from our inception in a state of perfection, through the inevitable pollution of our souls, to the precipice of decision we all must face. It is a story of hope, a reminder of our need for salvation, and a call to embrace the peace that comes from reconciliation with our Creator.
At the dawn of creation, we were introduced into a world of unmatched beauty and harmony. Imagine a place of such magnificence that every sense is delighted, every need met with abundance. This was the reality of the Garden of Eden, a perfect location created by God for the first humans, Adam and Eve.

Eden, or Arden in Hebrew, symbolizes a place of voluptuous living. It was here, amidst the splendour of creation, that humanity began its journey, enveloped in the peace and love of our Creator. In this perfection, every aspect of our lives was in harmony with God's will, reflecting the beauty and purity of His design.
Yet, as we'll see, this perfection was not to remain untainted. The journey from the summit of purity to the valleys of our struggles is marked by a pivotal moment that changed the course of human history. ## Pollution.

The fruit that was forbidden became the symbol of our fall; with one act of disobedience, the perfect balance was shattered. As we partook of the fruit, so too did we ingest the poison of sin, allowing it to course through the veins of every generation henceforth.

## Penalty.
